pounding mochi

こんにちは、十和地域担当の浦島です。 Hello,this is Urashima at shintochou-towa. 中国の黄河の急流にある竜門と呼ばれる滝を多くの魚が登ろうと試みたが鯉のみが登り切り、竜になることができたことにちなんで鯉の滝登りが立身出世の象徴となった。そこから ”こいのぼり”が男児の出世と健康を願ってあげられようになったようです。本来は真鯉（黒い鯉）のみで、明治時代から真鯉（まごい）と緋鯉（ひごい）の対で揚げるようになったが、昭和時代からは家族を表すものとして子鯉（青い鯉）を添えたものが主流となったようです。 Many fish attempted to climb a waterfall called Ryumon in the torrent of the Yellow River in China but only Koi climbed,After the fact that it was able to become a dragon, the climbing of the carp waterfall became a symbol of a successful lifetime. From there　It seems that “Koinobori” began to wish for boys’ success and health.Originally it was only true carp (black carp), but since the Meiji era it came to fly with a pair of carp (Magoko) and scarlet carp (wow)From the Showa era it seems that things with child carp (blue carp) added as a representation of family became mainstream. 十和では4月下旬から5月上旬にかかけて四万十川にこいのぼりがかかります。全国でみられる”こいのぼりの川渡し”ですが、十和が発祥の地です。色とりどりのこいのぼりがあがります。 In Towa from the end of April to the beginning of May to the Shimanto River It will take carp streamers. ＜気持ちよさそうに泳いでます＞そして、5月1日には十和の台所：おかみさん市の創業祭になっており、毎年、おもちをついて振舞われます。 And on May 1 every year the kitchen of Towa: Okamisan-ichi will do founding festival. The Okamisans takes a mochi and behave it.
